Hi, I’m Coach T, a kinesiologist (BCAK) and certified personal trainer (ISSA). I help people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, move better, and live confidently in their bodies.
I’m a kinesiologist, personal trainer, and educator with a passion for helping people move correctly with confidence. I’m currently working clinically at Pacific Motion Physiotherapy, training clients at Iron Warehouse Gym, and teaching strength and mobility classes at Sanctuary Yoga Studio. With my Bachelor of Kinesiology from Vancouver Island University and membership with the BCAK and 8 years of experience in the field, I bring expert knowledge with a personal touch.
